A-Systems provides expert Technical Support for A-Systems JobView and Visual Bookkeeper. Technical Support is provided via toll-free Hotline. Customers can receive help Monday through Friday during business hours. Extended hours are available upon prior arrangement. Customers with a Technical Support Agreement have unlimited access to the Hotline and they receive all Updates as they are released, as part of their Technical Support Agreement. Those without a Technical Support Agreement may obtain Technical Support on a by-the-minute basis and purchase Updates individually.
