State Tax Table Setup Information
for A-Systems JobView and Visual Bookkeeper Software
The user is responsible for entering state tax withholding calculation formulas into the software. For each new tax year these state formulas may change. It is a good idea to check your state withholding tables against the individual state’s withholding instructions to ensure accurate state tax withholding.
Below is a list of all 50 states with a link to the appropriate web page where formulas are published. States without a link are states that have no state withholding taxes.

To check the settings for individual states in the accounting software, from the top menu select Setup > Accounting Options > Payroll. Then go to the State & Local Taxes tab, select the desired state. If you need help, click the Help button on the window to read the help topic regarding setting up state tax tables.
