Edit Statement of Compliance Information

Press the Edit Statement of Compliance button on the Certification Tab of Job Setup and the following screen comes into view.

General Information

Contract Number

This is the payroll certification contract number used in the Payroll Certification Report.

Certified Job Name

If the job name to be printed on the Payroll Certification Report is different than the Job Name assigned to this job on the General tab in Job Setup, enter that different name here.

Wage Decision #

Enter the Wage Decision number.

Submitter Name & Title

Enter the name and title of the person submitting the report.

Signature Image

The program can print a signature on the Statement of Compliance. Click the Lookup button to access the Signature Dictionary and select the desired signature. If no signature is to be printed, click the red Remove Signature button.

Remarks

This is a user-defined field. Enter any relevant information. This information will be printed on the report.

Payroll Numbering

Typically, the payroll number on the certification report reflects the number of weeks since employees started working on the job. The first week is payroll number 1, the second week is payroll number 2, and so on. If this is the numbering system to be used for this job, the only piece of information necessary for correct payroll numbering is the pay period end date of the first payroll on the job.

Pay Period End Date of First Payroll

Enter the period ending date of the first week time was or will be charged to this job.

Manually Track Payroll Number (check box)

If some other method of payroll numbering is required, check this box then enter the payroll number for the next certification report in the box below. This number will be increased by 1 each time a certification report is printed for this job.

Fringe Benefits

Fringe Benefits Paid to Approved Plan (check box)

If the fringe benefits are paid to an approved plan, check this box.

Fringe Benefits Paid to Employee in Cash (check box)

Check this box if the fringe benefits are paid to the employee in cash.

Contractor Information

Indicates either the status of General Contractor or Subcontractor for this job.

My Company is the General Contractor (radio button)

Check this radio button if your company is the General Contractor for this job.

My Company is the Subcontractor (radio button)

Check this radio button if your company is the subcontractor on this job. The next fields will then become available. Enter the name and address information for the General Contractor for this job.

Fill Using Existing Address (button)

Press this button to and the following prompt will appear:

Click the Yes button pull the Name, Address, and City/State/Zip from the Customer file. If Other is selected, the following prompt will appear:

Selecting Customer, Vendor, or Employee will bring up the respective browse screen for selection of one of those entities. The address information of the selected entity will be used to fill the address fields.

Name

Enter the name of the General Contractor.

Address

Enter the street address for the General Contractor.

City/State/Zip

Enter the city, state and zip code for the General Contractor.

Print Envelope/Label (button)

Click this button to immediately print an envelope or a mailing label for this address. See the Printing Envelopes and Labels help topic for more information.

Governing Authority

Here the name and address of the contract governing authority can be entered. This can be used to print an envelope for submission of the Certification Report.

Fill Using Existing Address (button)

Press this button to and the following prompt will appear:

Selecting Customer, Vendor, or Employee will bring up the respective browse screen for selection of one of those entities. The address information of the selected entity will be used to fill the address fields.

Name

Enter the name of the Governing Authority.

Address

Enter the street address for the Governing Authority.

City/State/Zip

Enter the city, state and zip code for the Governing Authority.

Print Envelope/Label (button)

Click this button to immediately print an envelope or a mailing label for this address. See the Printing Envelopes and Labels help topic for more information.

Exceptions

Exceptions (Craft)

Enter the craft code of any exceptions.

Explanation

Enter an explanation for any exceptions.

Add (button)

Press the Add button. A new line is available for editing right in the column. Enter the correct information for Exceptions (Craft) and press the <Tab> key on the keyboard. The Explanation field is now available for editing. Enter the desired changes and/or hit the <Enter> key and the changes will be permanent.

Change (button)

Highlight the desired record and press the Change button. The entry is available for editing right in the column. Enter the correct information for Exceptions (Craft) and press the <Tab> key on the keyboard. The Explanation field is now available for editing. Enter the desired changes and/or hit the <Enter> key, and the changes will be permanent.

Delete (button)

Highlight the desired record and press the Delete button. The following screen will come into view. Press the Yes button and the highlighted record will be deleted. If the No button is pressed, the program returns to the previous screen.
