New Features in Version 11.3 (April 2012)

DataView was enhanced so that:

•More fields were added to the Note Printing within DataView.

•The Sales Tax Rate field was added to the DataView Customer Listing.

•Deduction Totals were added to the available fields for the Earnings Detail Report in Dataview.

Payroll was enhanced so that:

•The Certified Payroll may now be printed on the official Certified Payroll Form: WH-347.

•The Payroll Check Register now allows more individual standard deductions to be printed.

•Multiple copies of the paycheck may now be printed while printing only a single copy of the Direct Deposit Voucher. This suggestion came from a JobView User Conference.

•A “Calendar Lookup” button was added to “Tab 4-5” in 941 Printing Setup.

•The 941 Printing Setup window now automatically calculates the variance so that the amount on Line 10 reconciles with amounts on Schedule B.

•An "About Time" interface was added to Timesheet Import.

•Boxes DD and EE were added to Payroll Deduction Setup, so they may be printed on the W2 and included in the W2 export.

•The ability to print just the last four digits of the employee's Social Security number was added to the Weekly Union Report.

•A custom Statement of Compliance for Florida DOT was added to the Certified Report printing.

Job Costing was enhanced so that:

•A new Job Cost Analysis Report format allows the choice of which columns are to be printed.

•The Actual Job Completion Date field was added to the Job Bonding Parameters screen.

•The Job Cost Analysis Report now includes separate options for printing Extended Headers and Extended Footers. This suggestion came from a JobView User Conference.

•If a job has no costs yet, that job now shows up in the "In Progress" section of the Bonding Report. This suggestion came from a JobView User Conference.

•The Universal Job Report may now be set up to include a Range or List of Jobs. This suggestion came from a JobView User Conference.

•Grand Totals on Analysis reports are now printed on a separate page. This suggestion came from a JobView User Conference.

•In Job Setup, the Contract Number field on the Certification tab is now also displayed on the Billing Phases tab. This suggestion came from a JobView User Conference.

•The Job Cost Analysis report in the Paid vs. Unpaid format now has the option to include payroll payments.

•The Balance to Pay column amount on the Paid vs. Unpaid Invoices analysis will not be displayed if it is a negative.

•The Job Listing report may now be printed to include a list of which Cost Codes have NOT been assigned to any Billing Phase on the job.

•The Actual Completion Date column of each job was added to the Short Modified format of the Bonding Report.

Accounts Payable was enhanced so that:

•The Payment Selection process now has a 'limit' for EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) eligible vendors and a new "Select All for EFT" button.

•The History tab in Vendor Entry, allows the user to search by Invoice Number. This suggestion came from a JobView User Conference.

•When setting up the AP Account Reconciliation File (created after an AP Check Run), there are more Date Field formats to choose from, along with exporting to a CSV or Spreadsheet file.

Accounts Receivable was enhanced so that:

•A new Invoice collation function allows the printing of multiple copies of invoices, including "Customer Copy", "Our Copy", "User-Defined Copy."

•A new function allows the manual sorting of receipts in the Receipts Entry Invoice window by Invoice #, Job #, or Due Date.

Purchase Orders were enhanced so that:

•A List or Range of POs may now be printed on the Purchase Order Listing report.

General Ledger was enhanced so that:

•"Inactive" GL Accounts are removed from the Bank Rec browse screen. This suggestion came from a JobView User Conference.

•When viewing prior Bank Statement Reconciliations, a new option allows the printing of a list of Outstanding Transactions, including the option of printing such transactions on an “as of” date.

General Enhancements:

•All Auto-Fill field values may now be edited or deleted.

•The custom font size capabilities now apply to the "Stay-Put" style menu bar at the side. This suggestion came from a JobView User Conference.

•The Manage Internet Updates window has been simplified. The Schedule Updates button now brings up a window with tabs to either Schedule Downloads or to Download Now , the latter containing a button to Download Now.
