Knowledge is power! You have knowledge at your fingertips. To start with, this screen summarizes information on all your jobs. You have five tabs of summaries. The first, is General Information, then you can choose from Cost Summary, Income Summary, Income/Cost Summary, and finally a Bonding Summary.
If you want, you can press buttons to View a Specific Job, Print Summary Reports, Print Bonding Report, Print Analysis Reports, or Limit Jobs. |

Limit Jobs means you can add Inactive or Closed Jobs too, or you can, see jobs for a specific Superintendent or Project Manager, etc. This is a powerful management tool. A-Systems has been creating the kind of software contractors have been requesting since 1978!

After viewing the five screens of cost summaries, you can get into the details. You might start with Job Summaries, look at the Bonding Report, review Costs by Cost Code, evaluate the Financials, compare a cost Breakdown by Labor, Material, Equipment, Subcontracts, and Other, check up on Subcontracts, view open Accounts Payable, analyze open Purchase Orders, and consider your Accounts Receivable.
The Company Overview screens are powerful tools. It used to be that it was harder to figure out the actual cost of a job than it was to build it.
