Visual Bookkeeper allows you to view and track Cash transactions and balances generated by General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable. The Management Overview (shown to the right) gives you instant access to your Cash Balances in all of your accounts. Multiple Accounts You may use multiple Cash accounts for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll. You may select the Checking Account at the appropriate time in your accounting process.

Bank Reconciliation
You can do complete Bank Reconciliations for each Checking Account. If you are interrupted in the middle of a Bank Rec, your work can be saved and resumed at your convenience.
